Property Valuation Administrator

It has truly an honor to serve as the Henry County Property Valuation Administrator. 

Since becoming PVA, I have attended and completed educational classes set forth by the Revenue Cabinet and PVA Association to earn the designation of Senior Kentucky Assessor.  In 2007, I received my Cadastral Mapping Specialist (CMS) designation from the Internation Association of Assessing Offers (IAAO).

I am the current President of the Kentucky PVA Association.  I have served as the Executive Vice-President of the Kentucky PVA Association (2007-2009) and have also served as the President of the Henry County Chamber of Commerce and on the board of directors during 2002-2004.  I have served as the President of the Kentucky Chapter of International Association of Assessing Officers (2007), and have served on the Public Relations Committee (1998-1999), Nominating Committee (2000-2001), and Assessment Technology Committee (2003-2004). 

We continue to make a concentrated effort to improve every aspect of the PVA office. We continue to have a public access system in our office for retrieving information about property located in our county. We also now have a GIS system inplace that allows us a more detailed mapping system of the parcels within our county. 

Our main objective is to serve the citizens of Henry County. I encourage you to stop by the office and visit.
